About this wine
d'Arenberg's 2021 Stump Jump Cabernet Sauvignon is an easygoing, warm-climate maritime Cabernet drawn from McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills, mostly from very old bush vines. The grapes were gently crushed, fermented in traditional open tanks, basket-pressed and matured in oak. Blackcurrant and violets lead, followed by a juicy palate of black fruit, cherry and currant with a touch of dried sage and a fresh spearmint lift, all on fine, polished tannins.
