About this sparkling

Dark Horse's brut rosé is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in vineyards throughout California. The grapes are picked in the cool of night, fermented at low to moderate temperatures with aromatic yeast, and kept in stainless steel to stay bright.

It pours a pretty pink, with lively bubbles. Stone fruit leads, with touches of citrus and red berries, and the light body and fresh acidity make for a crisp, clean finish.
