Espolòn is made in Los Altos, the highlands of Jalisco, from 100% Blue Weber agave. The brand is part of the Campari Group.
Its labels are a big part of its identity: they draw on Mexican history and Día de los Muertos art, and each one features Ramón, the rooster that gives the brand its name ('espolón' is a rooster's spur).
