About this wine

From Block 11 of Honig's Rutherford estate, hand-picked on December 15, 2023 at 36.8° Brix. Fermented in tank and aged seven months in new French oak; only 260 cases were made. Baked apple and peach with beeswax, honey and chamomile; full in texture, with lemon-curd acidity and vanilla from the oak.
