Butter is the flagship Chardonnay from JaM Cellars, the Napa-based winery of John and Michele Truchard. As the name says, it's made in a rich, creamy California style, and it has spun off a whole family of Butter wines.
The Butter range now also includes a lighter Chardonnay, a zero-alcohol version and cans. This is the original.
