About this wine

In 2020, with wildfires affecting Northern California, Joel Gott built most of this California Sauvignon Blanc from coastal and inland vineyards in Santa Barbara. A long, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks keeps the fruit and natural acidity front and center, giving a bright, tropical-leaning white.
