About this wine
Meiomi Pinot Noir is a blend of coastal California regions, Monterey, Sonoma and Santa Barbara, made for a rich, plush style.
It pours a deep garnet and smells of bright strawberry, jammy fruit, mocha, vanilla and toasty oak. The palate is soft and generous, with boysenberry, blackberry, dark cherry and strawberry. Fuller than many Pinot Noirs, it suits pork, roast chicken, salmon or mushroom dishes.

from the producer
Meiomi was created by Joe Wagner, of the Napa winemaking family behind Caymus. The name means 'coast' in the language of the Wappo people of Northern California.
The idea was a coastal California Pinot Noir blended from several regions, Monterey, Sonoma and Santa Barbara, for a rich, plush style. Constellation Brands bought the brand in 2015.
