About this wine
Neyers' 2022 Chardonnay '304' takes its inspiration from Chablis. Fruit comes from Paul Larson's vineyard on a rocky outcrop in chilly Sonoma Carneros, where a long season keeps natural acidity high, along with Nichols Ranch in southern Sonoma County. The wine ferments with native yeast in 304-grade stainless steel, rests two months on its lees and completes about half its malolactic fermentation. The result is crisp and fresh, with clean grape flavor and a touch of minerality.
