About this wine
The 2022 Patz & Hall Sonoma Coast Chardonnay comes from California’s cool, maritime Sonoma Coast. As with all Patz & Hall Chardonnays, the fruit is hand-sorted twice and whole-cluster pressed, fermentation is left to native yeasts, and the wine spends fourteen to eighteen months in French oak before being bottled without filtration, aiming for a rich yet pure, light-footed style.
