About this grappa

Jacopo Poli conceived Sarpa in 1983 as a classic grappa without the flaws of old-fashioned ones. It comes from the pomace of Bordeaux varieties — Merlot and Cabernet — grown in the Veneto, steam-distilled in small copper stills. Robust and rustic, with fresh herbs, mint, rose, red berries and cut grass.
