About this wine
Miller Ranch sits just south of Yountville in the Napa Valley, between the Napa River and Hopper Creek. First planted to vines in the 1870s, it was restored by Silverado Vineyards in 1976. Its deep, cool, silty soils and the bay breezes and fog that sweep in from the south suit aromatic whites. The wine is mostly Sauvignon Blanc with a little Sémillon, made largely in stainless steel with a small portion in neutral French oak. Gooseberry, lime, white peach and tropical fruit lead to a succulent palate of citrus and melon and a crisp, mineral finish.

from the producer
The Miller family and Lillian Disney established Silverado Vineyards in 1981, turning their long-held Napa sites into a winemaking estate. Silverado now farms more than 300 acres in several AVAs; Yountville’s Miller Ranch, purchased by the Millers in 1976, is its Sauvignon Blanc home.
