from the producer
SIMI began in San Francisco in 1876, when Tuscan-born Giuseppe and Pietro Simi founded the winery, then relocated it to Healdsburg. Isabelle Simi took charge at 18. In later decades, Mary Ann Graf and Zelma Long each brought influential winemaking leadership to the estate, helping define this California producer’s identity.
