About this wine
The 2021 St. Francis Cabernet Sauvignon brings together fruit from four Sonoma County appellations for a layered California red. Cabernet Sauvignon forms the core, with Merlot and Petit Verdot adding breadth. Its dark-fruit profile joins cassis, milk chocolate, savory black olive, sage, and allspice, while French oak adds shape and polish. Full-bodied and structured yet balanced by the vintage’s preserved acidity, it is a confident Sonoma Cabernet for hearty meals or relaxed evening pours.
