About this tequila
Tequila Ocho Plata is bottled unaged, and each release names the rancho where the agave grew and the year, so the terroir of each field can show through.
The nose is crisp, bright agave with lively citrus, white pepper and minerality. The palate builds full, complex cooked agave with fresh-cut grass and a touch of earthiness, and the texture is thick and viscous with a long, harmonious finish.
