Los AltosTeremana Blanco Tequila
Teremana Blanco is made in the Jalisco Highlands from highland Blue Weber agave that is roasted for three days in brick ovens, fermented in open tanks and distilled in copper pot stills built by a local craftsman at the distillery. The brand says the slow roast brings out the agave's bright citrus side, and that is what leads in the glass, followed by a smooth, fresh finish.

from the producer
Teremana was founded by Dwayne Johnson and is made in a small town high in the Jalisco Highlands, at a distillery that bottles under NOM 1613.
The brand puts transparency front and center, down to printing nutrition facts on the back label. Its agave is roasted in brick ovens for three days and distilled in copper pot stills made by a local artisan on site; spent agave fibers go back to the fields as compost.
