About this brandy

Trimbach's Mirabelle is a clear eau-de-vie distilled from mirabelles, the small yellow plums of Alsace and Lorraine. The fermented fruit is distilled once, continuously, in steam-heated copper alembics, keeping only the heart of the run. Pure yellow plum with a hint of baking spice, crisp on the palate with a long finish.
