About this wine
This Touraine Sauvignon comes from Vignoble Gibault, a 34-hectare estate at Meusnes, with vines on old Cher river terraces of flint-studded clay. The grapes are pressed straight away, the juice is settled cold and fermented slowly at low temperature, and the wine is raised in steel and fibre tanks without oak. This is the 2022 vintage.

from the producer
Vignoble Gibault farms 34 hectares where Berry, Touraine and Sologne meet, on old Cher river terraces with clay and flint soils, making Touraine, Touraine Chenonceaux and Valençay wines. Anne-Sophie and Benoit Lagarde took over in March 2020 and continue the family estate's work, farming under the Terra Vitis sustainability standard.
