About this wine
Wither Hills was founded in 1994 with its first vintage of Sauvignon Blanc and sits beneath the Wither Hills range in Marlborough, with all its vineyards Certified Sustainable Winegrowing NZ. Its Wairau Valley Sauvignon Blanc is distinctly Marlborough: refined and elegant, with crunchy green notes and tropical guava on the nose and a juicy citrus core carried by mouth-watering, textural acidity. Winemaker Matt Large’s own idea of a Kiwi summer is this wine with fresh seafood. This is the 2025 vintage.
