Wölffer's No. 139 Rosé Cider, from the Sagaponack estate in the Hamptons, is a bright, rosy, lightly sparkling cider made from New York apples, a touch rosier and fruitier than the estate's white cider. Fresh floral notes and Crispin apple lead, with a clean palate balancing sweet fruit, crisp acidity and fine tannins over a playful mousse.
