Zwack's Kosher Slivovitz is a Hungarian plum pálinka distilled at the Zwack Pálinka Manufactory from ripe, selected plums, about 4.6 kg of fresh fruit for every litre. The whole process, from harvest to bottling, is supervised by inspectors from the Orthodox Jewish Community and the Orthodox Union. This bottling carries a three-year age statement.
