About this wine

Palazzo della Torre is one of Allegrini's signature wines. About 70% of the grapes are fermented fresh in September, while the remaining 30% are gently dried and vinified in December; the two wines are blended and aged at least 15 months in barriques, then at least seven months in bottle. Harmonious and expressive, it balances gentle sweetness from the dried grapes with vibrant acidity.
