Established in 2003 by Belarmino Fernández and Alfonso Chacón, Bodegas Canopy set out to restore old Grenache and Syrah vineyards. Working in the Sierra de Gredos, the winery farms elevated sites and highlights the character of separate parcels through restrained, vineyard-led winemaking.
