About this wine

Cantele's Salice Salentino Riserva is pure Negroamaro from around Guagnano in Puglia's Salento. After at least eight days of skin maceration and fermentation in steel at 22–26°C, it matures in French barriques of new, second and third use, giving a Riserva built to develop for four to six years.
