About this wine

BriO is the second wine of Margaux Third Growth Cantenac Brown, and 2019 was the first vintage under the Le Lous family. After a wet, early start, a dry summer and well-timed September showers, harvest ran from 18 September (young-vine Merlot) to 9 October (Cabernet Sauvignon). Aged in French barrels, a quarter new, the 2019 is a Merlot-led Margaux the estate describes as classy, fresh and dense, with present, velvety tannins.
