Château Donis is a Bordeaux estate taken over by Vincent Mercier in 2005. After viticulture studies and cellar experience at a property converting to organic farming, Mercier sought organic certification for the estate. The château name came into use for its own wines in 2013, while “Donis” refers to the local place name.
