About this wine

La Sirène is Château Giscours' second wine, planned in the vineyard from spring like the grand vin. The 2020 was picked from 1 September to 2 October, hand and optically sorted, macerated 35 days at 28°C in concrete and steel, then aged 12 months in French oak barrels, 30% new. The estate describes intense fruit, fine freshness and spicy notes from the Cabernet Franc: a vintage of energy and finesse.
