Bodegas Cobertizo is Toni Quiroga's family winery in El Bierzo, built around 22 hectares in Valtuille de Abajo. The estate works organically and sustainably, retaining vegetal cover between vines and farming mature parcels by hand. Its red wines draw on old Mencía vineyards, reflecting the family's connection to local land and tradition.
