Red Velvet blends Merlot, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah from California, each fermented separately before blending and oak-aged. Merlot brings blackberry and mocha, Zinfandel ripe red fruit and a hint of chocolate, and Petite Sirah colour and backbone. Rich and silky.
