Descendientes de J. Palacios was founded in Bierzo by Álvaro Palacios and Ricardo Pérez in the late 1990s. The estate focuses on old Mencía vines near Corullón, farming steep high-altitude sites with biodynamic principles. In the cellar, restrained extraction and varied oak vessels are used to emphasize the personality of the landscape.
