About this champagne
Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013, presented here in the Luminous edition bottle. Cellar master Vincent Chaperon describes a delicate, colorful nose of eucalyptus, mint and vetiver, with mirabelle plum, apricot and orange blossom, plus pepper, cardamom, licorice, a saline touch and toast.
The palate is elegant and precise: an ethereal, enveloping attack, a refined silky core and a consistent, saline finish.

Dom Pérignon is named after the Benedictine monk Dom Pierre Pérignon, cellarer of the Abbey of Hautvillers from 1668 and a pioneer of blending in Champagne. The first vintage released was 1921.
Dom Pérignon is made only as a vintage Champagne. Vincent Chaperon has been Chef de Caves since 2019 and aims to bottle a Dom Pérignon in as many years as possible, as a record of each vintage.
