About this wine
This 2023 red comes from the Les Caillettes lieu-dit in Aloxe-Corton, one of four villages where the Dupasquier family farms its ten hectares on clay-limestone soils. It is made entirely from Pinot Noir, fermented the traditional way in stainless-steel vats, then moved to barrels for malolactic fermentation and ageing before bottling after about 18 months. It is a wine of character, with red and black fruit in youth and aromas that deepen over five to ten years in the cellar.
