Fèlsina’s 2021 Berardenga captures the savory, bright character of Sangiovese from Castelnuovo Berardenga in southeastern Chianti Classico. Fruit from ventilated hillside vineyards brings wild-berry fragrance, spice and fine structure. Fermentation in stainless steel is followed by 12 months in Slavonian oak and further bottle ageing, preserving the wine’s ruby color and lively freshness while adding gentle depth. Medium-bodied and poised, it is an inviting expression of Tuscany for the table.
