About this wine
Harveys Medium Dry Solera Sherry is a Jerez-born blend of Amontillado wines built from 92% Palomino and 8% Pedro Ximenez. Its amber-to-mahogany color leads into a gently pungent nose of fine wood and hazelnut. On the palate, light sweetness, round texture and polished nutty flavor create a composed, medium-dry style. Chill it lightly for a versatile pour alongside spicy seafood or warming soups.

from the producer
Harveys began in Bristol in 1796 as a wine business exporting sherry from Cádiz. The producer’s identity remains linked to the city’s cobalt-blue glass, echoed by Bristol Cream’s signature bottle. Today, Harveys crafts its classic sherries in the Jerez tradition, using blended styles, American-oak butts and solera maturation to build consistency and depth.
