About this wine
Kopke Fine Ruby Port is a non-vintage Portuguese Port built around Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz. Fruit from the Douro’s steep, rocky terraces brings youthful berry character, while fermentation is stopped with grape spirit to preserve sweetness and concentration. The blend spends at least three years in stainless steel and wood, yielding a deep ruby pour, energetic fruit, a full, sturdy palate and a long, balanced finish. Enjoy it slightly chilled alongside berry desserts or soft-ripened cheese.
