About this wine
Kopke Fine Tawny Port brings together wines from different harvests in a smooth, gently evolved style from Portugal’s Douro. Traditional Douro varieties are fermented in stainless steel, fortified with grape brandy, then given a minimum three-year maturation across steel tanks and wooden vessels. In the glass it shows a vivid orangey-brown hue, with ripe, honeyed fruit and vanilla on the nose. The palate is rounded and richly flavored, making this non-vintage Port a natural partner for desserts and mild cheese.
