About this wine
Jadot's Beaujolais-Villages comes from northern Beaujolais, where granite and sandy soils give Gamay depth. Grapes are hand-picked in whole bunches and given a longer-than-usual cold soak, then vinified the Burgundian way, without carbonic maceration. The result, here from 2024, is juicy and medium-bodied with strawberry, black cherry and spice.
