About this wine
Merry Edwards’ 2021 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir unites fruit from coastal vineyards and a selection of clones. Cool Pacific air helps shape a slowly ripened, polished red with floral lift and savory depth. Aromas of sandalwood, black tea and dried rose lead toward dark berries, plum and forest-floor nuance. Bright acidity and fine-grained tannins give the wine energy, while nine months in French oak adds gentle structure. It is an expressive Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir with a graceful, refreshing finish.
