About this wine
Roger Roblot's 2022 Bourgogne Pinot Noir is produced by Lamblin & Fils from vineyards at the foot of the slopes, on stony, well-drained limestone with clay and marl. According to the producer, the grapes are fully destemmed and given a four-to-five-day cold soak before an eight-to-ten-day fermentation with pump-overs and punch-downs. The wine then spends nine months in two- to three-year-old oak barrels. Expect a light red colour and a basket of red and black berries.

Roger Roblot wines are made by Lamblin & Fils, a family house in Maligny in the Chablis district. The Lamblins have owned vines in Chablis since 1690 and are now in their twelfth generation. Louis Lamblin moved into the wine trade in 1890, and the house grew internationally from the late 1950s. Its vines are farmed sustainably.
