Taylor Wine Company began in New York’s Finger Lakes in 1880 as a grape-juice business founded by Walter Stephen Taylor. Wine production arrived soon after, and the company was firmly established by the 1920s. Taylor New York is now part of Constellation’s fortified-wine portfolio.
