About this wine

Tío Pepe from González Byass is the world’s best-known Fino sherry. Made only from Palomino Fino, it ages for more than four years under a layer of flor yeast in American oak casks, moving through the traditional criaderas and solera system. Pale gold and bright, it shows almonds, freshly baked bread and the pungent edge of flor, then a dry, elegant palate with almond notes and a long, refreshing finish.
