About this wine

Victoria Chianti is a Chianti DOCG from vineyards around Montespertoli and Gambassi Terme in Tuscany, blending Sangiovese with Canaiolo, Malvasia Nera, Colorino, Merlot and Cabernet. Depending on the vintage, maceration can run as long as 25–30 days, and the wine is aged at least six months in stainless steel. Intense ruby, it shows blackberry and raspberry with violet and iris, then a flavourful, full-bodied palate with moderate tannins and a pleasant red-fruit aftertaste.
