About this wine

Dry Sack Medium is the classic medium Sherry of Williams & Humbert, the Jerez de la Frontera bodega with more than 1,200 acres of vineyards. It blends Palomino and Pedro Ximénez from the Bilbaina and Carrascal vineyards of Jerez Superior and is aged six years in oak casks through the traditional solera system, where younger wines are gradually blended into older ones. Amber in colour, it has intense aromas of dried nuts and a full-bodied, balanced palate that is lightly sweet — neither too dry nor too sweet.
