1792 Bourbon is made at the Barton 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, the bourbon capital of the world, where whiskey has been distilled on the site since 1879. The name honors 1792, the year Kentucky became a state.
The bourbon uses a high-rye mash bill, giving the range its signature spice, and it ages in the distillery's historic warehouses on the banks of Withrow Creek.
