About this whiskey
Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye Recipe is a bourbon made in partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council and aged in barrels set aside exclusively for kosher spirits. It uses Buffalo Trace's rye-recipe mash bill, with rye as the secondary grain, and is released each year after Passover.
The distillery describes it as balanced, smooth yet complex. It is bottled at 94 proof; enjoy it neat, on the rocks or in a classic bourbon cocktail.
