Chivas Regal traces its roots to 1801, when a grocery shop opened in Aberdeen; brothers James and John Chivas later made it famous for blended Scotch, and Chivas Regal was launched in the early 1900s for the US market.

Strathisla, one of the oldest working distilleries in the Highlands, is the heart of the blend, which is known for its smooth, rich, honeyed style.
