About this whiskey
Double Rye marries two straight ryes: a young, high-rye whiskey full of spice and an older rye with depth. The result is a bold, botanical rye made for cocktails.
Official notes: mint, clove, cinnamon, licorice, dark chocolate and gin-like botanicals on the nose; rye spice, menthol, eucalyptus, herbal tea, honey and allspice on the palate; cinnamon, mint and anise on the finish.

High West was founded in 2006 by David and Jane Perkins in Park City, Utah, the state's first legal distillery since 1870. It is known for skilled blending, combining whiskies from different sources and its own stills into distinctive bottlings.
Today High West distills at its Blue Sky Ranch in Wanship, Utah, and its Saloon in Park City is a landmark for whiskey lovers.
