Kentucky Owl revives a bourbon brand first made by C.M. Dedman in 1879, whose distillery was lost during Prohibition. His great-great-grandson Dixon Dedman revived it in 2014, and Stoli Group acquired it in 2017. It is known for limited, blended bourbons and ryes.
