About this wine

The 2024 Langhe Nebbiolo from Produttori del Barbaresco is made from the cooperative’s younger Nebbiolo vines, selected from the 120 hectares its members farm around Barbaresco on calcareous-clay soils. It ferments in stainless steel with 20 days on the skins and spends four months in large oak casks before bottling, keeping the focus on freshness. Medium-bodied, it shows floral and red-fruit notes with a pleasant, spicy finish.

Produttori del Barbaresco began in 1958 as a growers’ cooperative and now brings together 53 members farming 120 hectares of Nebbiolo. Families tend vineyards across the four municipalities of the Barbaresco DOCG area before bringing the fruit to their shared winery. The estate works in a continental climate over limestone-rich, calcareous-clayey terrain.
