The Dalmore distillery sits on the shore of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands and has been making whisky since 1839. For generations it was run by the Mackenzie clan, whose royal stag emblem, granted after a Mackenzie saved King Alexander III from a charging stag in 1263, appears on every bottle.
The Dalmore is known for rich, sherry-influenced single malts, many matured in casks from the González Byass bodega in Jerez.
- Highland single malt aged 12 years
- Matured in bourbon casks, then Oloroso sherry casks
- Citrus, chocolate and spice
