About this whiskey
This limited bottling completes The Macallan's 2021 Anecdotes of Ages Collection, created with British pop artist Sir Peter Blake. Unlike the collection's ultra-rare 1967 bottles, it is a specially created single malt, bottled at 47.7% ABV with a label Blake designed digitally. It comes in a blue-and-green box with a certificate and a printed scroll of his collage telling stories from The Macallan's history. Published notes describe cinnamon colour, dried fruit, orange and clove on the nose, pepper and treacle on the palate, and a long finish of oak, cinnamon and cacao.

The Easter Elchies Estate remains the brand's spiritual home, now with a modern distillery and visitor experience, and the house is known for limited art and film collaborations.
